Blessing Day

She has a name! It's official! My *awesome* roommates found this dress at The Quilted Bear in a booth for doll clothes!! It was so perfect! It fit her so well and she looked adorable in it! It was such a perfect day. There were sweet little slippers and a bonnet that went with it. We didn't use the bonnet because I had a headband for her but I'll have to find a doll that I can put the clothes on so she can have it. She didn't fuss at all for the whole ceremony. She was an absolute angel!

My favorite picture has GOT to be the one of her feet! Seriously, it is like the cutest thing I've ever seen. And I'm SO SO glad that your friends found her a dress! That is so awesome! Yay! And she was adorable. It just makes me so happy!

You did good. Audrey, to show the pictures of her feet put everything into perspective. You are so blessed to have such a sweet experience. You are a great example of patience and love. What an ordeal and to have these precious experiences along the way is amazing. Thanks for sharing. You have a beautiful family and extended family. The pictures were wonderful. (Gretchen, you look amazing as well, isn't fair for you to look that good).

Lots of love and continued prayers from the Youngs.

What a beautiful day! Darbi looks so precious! And her ensemble... to.die.for!

That's so awesome you were able to bless her while still in the NICU... our hospital only allows a total of 4 other visitors besides parents (so the grandparents), and these visitors CANNOT be changed - ever. Plus, there's only ever 2 people allowed at the bedside. Tiny, tiny NICU, but so close to home... that's the trade-off.

Congratulations on Darbi's blessing! I am so glad you were aloud to do it in the NICU. The pictures of the family, and especially the three of you were precious. We can't wait to see Darbi when she arrives home. We love you all very much!!!
